We're looking for enthusiastic and organised Team Leaders to join Lodgen Spiseri in Hemsedal for both day and evening shifts. In your application, please let us know which role you're most interested in.

As a Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day operation. You'll act as the link between the team and management, ensuring that service standards, routines and daily operations run efficiently and professionally.

You'll lead each shift by example, working alongside your team and setting the standard for pace, service and attitude. You'll remain actively involved in the operation, supporting the team wherever needed to ensure smooth service, high quality and an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily operations and staffing throughout each shift.

• Allocate tasks and support the team throughout the working day.

• Ensure excellent service, efficient operations and outstanding guest experiences.

• Take an active role in service, clearing tables and daily operations whenever needed.

• Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and operational procedures.

• Resolve day-to-day challenges and operational issues.

• Ensure clear communication between the team and management.

• Contribute to an organised, efficient and well-structured operation.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is aged 20 or over.

• Has previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking responsibility.

• Is proactive, takes initiative and contributes to efficient operations and strong teamwork.

• Is confident, positive and solution-focused.

• Has excellent organisational skills and leads by example.

• Works well both independently and as part of a team.

• Is committed to delivering outstanding service, quality and guest experiences.

This is a seasonal position, starting in late November 2026 and running until 7 May 2027. We offer positions with a range of contracted hours.
