We're looking for enthusiastic and service-minded Waiters and Waitresses to join the team at Lodgen Spiseri in Hemsedal. You'll become part of a close-knit team dedicated to creating great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment with plenty of variety throughout the winter season.

At Lodgen Spiseri, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. We support one another wherever needed to ensure the day runs smoothly and our guests enjoy a great experience – from breakfast through to evening service.

As a Waiter / Waitress, you'll primarily work in our à la carte restaurant, serving food and drinks, looking after guests and providing table service throughout each service period. You'll help create a welcoming, professional atmosphere while delivering excellent customer service. When needed, we all support each other across different areas of the restaurant to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.

The role mainly involves evening shifts, although depending on the season and operational needs, you may also be asked to assist in other areas of the business.

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with people and creating memorable guest experiences.

• Is friendly, positive and committed to delivering excellent service.

• Is reliable, organised and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Is proactive, takes initiative and contributes to a positive working environment.

• Works well both independently and as part of a team.

• Previous à la carte restaurant experience is an advantage, but not essential.

• Is aged 20 or over.

This is a seasonal position, starting in late November 2026 and running until 7 May 2027. We offer positions with a range of contracted hours.
