We're looking for enthusiastic Chefs to join the kitchen team at Lodgen Spiseri in Hemsedal. You'll become part of a close-knit team dedicated to creating great dining experiences in a fast-paced environment with plenty of variety throughout the winter season.

At Lodgen Spiseri, teamwork is at the heart of everything we do. We share responsibilities across the kitchen, and everyone helps out wherever needed to ensure a smooth and efficient service. You'll usually work lunch or evening shifts, but we support each other across all areas of the kitchen whenever needed. Together, we create memorable dining experiences for our guests – from breakfast through to evening service.

As a Chef, you'll help prepare and serve food throughout the day, including lunch, dinner, private events and catering. The role also includes dishwashing when required, while maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and stock handling. You'll contribute to an excellent guest experience by working efficiently, staying organised and maintaining a service-minded approach.

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working as part of a team, is willing to help wherever needed and contributes to a positive working environment.

• Is reliable, organised and efficient.

• Is proactive and takes initiative throughout the working day.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays calm under pressure.

• Has a keen eye for quality and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen or food preparation is an advantage, but not essential.

This is a seasonal position, starting in late November 2026 and running until 7 May 2027. We offer positions with a range of contracted hours.
