We're looking for a Breakfast Chef & Kitchen Assistant to help give our guests a great start to the day at Lodgen Spiseri in Hemsedal. You'll become part of a close-knit team dedicated to creating great dining experiences in a fast-paced environment with plenty of variety throughout the winter season.

As a Breakfast Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting our breakfast buffet. You'll ensure the buffet and kitchen remain clean, well organised and fully stocked throughout breakfast service. The role also includes dishwashing when required, while maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and stock handling.

After breakfast service, you'll continue working in the kitchen, helping to prepare lunch dishes and ensuring a smooth transition between breakfast and lunch service.

The working day is active and varied, and during busy periods it's important that everyone is willing to help wherever needed. We offer positions with a range of contracted hours.

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working independently and takes responsibility for their own tasks.

• Is reliable, organised and efficient.

• Has a keen eye for quality and attention to detail.

• Has a positive, service-minded attitude and contributes to a great team environment.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation is an advantage, but not essential.

• As the working day starts early, you'll need to enjoy early mornings.

This is a seasonal position, starting in late November 2026 and running until 7 May 2027. We offer positions with a range of contracted hours.
